- Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@tumibags.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a return authorization.
- Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 60 days.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@tumibags.com.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
